Providing books online for free, like Wikipedia, is crucial, but creating both print and online versions also involves logistical and technical challenges. This has raised doubts about the accessibility of academic literature and the impact of open content initiatives on academic publishing.

3. Discussion

The article emphasizes the human aspect of Wikipedia, acknowledges its shortcomings, and acknowledges the efforts made by volunteers in pursuing accuracy and completeness. But who should develop and review the ethical responsibility of online platforms, the dynamics of online collaboration, and community norms?

    In my opinion, the development and review of ethical responsibilities for online platforms, understanding how online collaboration works, and setting community norms should be a joint effort. It needs involvement from a diverse range of stakeholders like platform developers, researchers, users. It's crucial that no single entity or group monopolizes control over these issues.
