    I think it's difficult to hold specific individuals accountable because Wikipedia is an open dictionary. Therefore, it seems necessary to develop a system to ensure only accurate information is posted. Alternatively, it could be appropriate to temporarily suspend editing privileges for accounts that have entered incorrect information for about 7 days.
