Summary

Since its inception, Wikipedia has gradually become an important part of participation in modern cultural society.In addition to its knowledge access function at the regular level, it also encountered some witty situations.For example, some people use Wikipedia as the main character of a prank, appearing in many animations, comics, and videos.Some of these mischiefs are playful designs, and only elemental symbolism exists.However, Wikipedia is used in some places as elaborate deceptive content, and it has a negative guiding effect or leads to fraudulent behavior.Although these actions have mixed reviews, it can be seen that Wikipedia is now very influential, reflecting the attention it receives from all walks of life and the threat it poses to its competitors.On top of that, criticism of Wikipedia's accuracy is pouring in, and it can be seen from these so-called hoaxes.


Interesting point.

Some of these hoaxes were spread maliciously to satirize Wikipedia.However, in the process of dissemination, it also made many people more aware and concerned about Wikipedia itself, and through their own search to examine the truth of the prank, so that these rumors did not break down.


Question

Are there any new corrections to Wikipedia's censorship and correction system for these hoaxes, and where do they need to be strengthened?
